Artist Note

The blue crystal cocoon represents the constraints of reality, while the brilliant wings of light unfolding above symbolize the creator's soul finally liberated in virtual space. Like a butterfly breaking out of the physical shell of a wheelchair, my art begins a boundless flight in the new world of VR. This flapping of wings against the pitch-black universe is a hymn to infinite freedom that began at the end of limits.
